A: All raw materials are carefully selected from the primeval forests of Changbai Mountain, including high-quality basswood, pine wood, and birch wood.
A: Usually the MOQ is 300pcs each model, MOA is usd3000 per order. Otherwise there will be usd300 handling charge for small order if shipping by sea. For the items we have in stock, no MOQ requirement. We can arrange to ship by air.
A: Yes,you can get samples before placing the order. The sample fee varies based on the quantity and style, and generally, small quantities of smaller sizes are provided free of charge. The sample lead time is usually 7-15 days.
A: The production time is 75-90 days. The specific delivery time may be adjusted based on the style, quantity of the order, and the production schedule of the factory, which can vary in length. If the quantity is large or there are special requirements, the time may be slightly longer.
